ComplaintDesk.in is an online platform that gives you as a consumer a chance to speak out against companies, businesses, governments, and individuals that have treated you unfairly.
The platform mainly envisions creating awareness about all that goes wrong around us.
To post any complaint, you need not register; you can just fill the details to the best extent possible so that the complaint can add value to other users. Once submitted, the complaints are first checked for spam manually before it goes live on the platform.
In addition you can post comments on other complaints and also view other's complaints. All the complaints are categorized based on sectors viz. Telecom, Consumer Durables, etc. You can also search complaints against a particular company.
Other feature includes saving the complaints in pdf format and sharing them on social networking websites etc.
This platform is also helpful for companies to track their brands image as they cannot ignore complaints that are open to public.
This website is conceptualized by two engineers (NIT Jaipur) named Nrupal Das and Saurabh Sudhir who have suffered negligence of services in their past.
