tDash.org is a browser based Twitter dashboard which lets your manage your twitter account.
Using this dashboard you can mark your tweets as read, and thus remove the less important clutter. You get an option to sort and filter the incoming tweets into folders automatically. It even lets you reply to your tweets in the same manner as you reply to your emails.
Through this service you can share images, update your status and send direct messages to your followers. Other supported features are trending topics, Twitter lists, mentions and favorite tweets.
In addition to all, it offers inline opening out of conversations and many keyboard shortcuts which helps you manage tweets in an easy way.
To read tweets in tDash, you will just need to press SPACEBAR. As you press it, it will take you to the next unread message automatically.
