Buzzom is a twitter account management tool that helps you manage people who follow you and who you follow.

To use this service, you just need to login using your Twitter user-name, after which you will be offered your personal dashboard.

On this dashboard, you will view the list of people who follow you. You can choose to follow them and clicking on ‘Reciprocate’. If you want to un-follow users who do not follow you, just select them and click ‘Flush’.

You can also use the Lock and Block feature which makes sure that people you follow or unfollow, doesn’t come in your follower list.

More Features on Buzzom There is way you can network with more people using Buzzom’s ‘Cross-Follow’ feature. It lets you find people across different networks. There is a ‘Direct-Follow’ which lets you follow people from the same network. Another feature “People search” allows you to search people based on matching the keyword provided, to the profile description of the user.

Buzzom also presents you with a set of scores which measures your influence and popularity on Twitter.

You even get free badge from this service which you can simply insert into your blogs or web page and get the twitter status streaming in your web page.

Then there is a Buzzom Desktop App which lets you view your tweets according to similar biography and location that are mentioned in a user’s profile.
