Voicetap is a platform that connects the knowledge seekers to the knowledge experts using voice and internet as the primary medium of interaction.
In simple words, Voicetap aims to solve queries of common people who are looking to get connected with best available subject matter experts.
How does VoiceTap work?
You can make use of this service through your mobile phone or over the web through Gtalk or VOIP.
On Gtalk, You just need to log into a G-talk chat account and add getafixx@voicetap.in to the contact list. You can then describe your query to ’Getafix’ which will then show the list of top 5 available experts. You can then choose to chat with one of those top 5 experts based on their profiles which will also be displayed to you. They will help you with your knowledge query.
To use net telephony, you have to install the Voicetap VoIP software. After installation, you can search the Voicetap database for experts and can then ask your queries from them.
Currently Voicetap allows users to connect to experts across 5 verticals: Education, Career, Business, Technology and Health.
Voicetap is based out of Noida. The co-founders come from diverse background and the team has experts from technology as well mass media and other backgrounds.
