The site offers three levels of personalization like name, basics and premium. Name - Allows you to change the name (wherever a person's name is used in the song) in the song lyrics.
Basic - Allows you to change entire phrases in the song lyric which can be changed by using one of the suggestions provided by MeriDhun. Though you cannot change any of the suggestions provided by them.
Premium - Allows one to be very creative and do free form personalization of the entire song. You may choose to use MeriDhun provided suggestions and modify them as required.
Once you are done with customizing, you can order Meridhun to send you the customized mp3.
The site includes an e-greetings section where you can send greetings on special occasions like weeding cards, birthday cards, friendship cards and many more.
