Gyanwave.com will Organise Gyanmania Mathematics Olympiad 2010

Gyanwave.com is going to organise “Gyanmania Mathematics Olympiad’10” to identify the most creative secondary mathematics students in the country. The exam will be held on 17 January 2010 in New Delhi.

Gyanwave.com is part of a worldwide system of national mathematics competitions, a movement in which both educators and research mathematicians are engaged in recognizing and celebrating the imagination and resourcefulness of our youth.

The exam will be of two hours; comprising 100 multiple choice questions. The students of class IX to class XII can only participate in this contest. In special cases, exceptionally talented students from Class VIII may be allowed to appear at the discretion of the Regional Coordinator. The students can go through their CBSE course books for their reference.

In addition, there is also a generic Mathematics aptitude test, which can be taken by anyoneirrespective of age and class. It would contain questions challenging yours calculation ability and scientific aptitude.
