Facebook Launches Faster and Simpler Version ‘Facebook Lite’

Facebook has launched a slimmed down version ‘Facebook Lite’ for those with slow and poor internet connections.
The Lite site will be faster because it will offer fewer services than the original site. Users can switch to a Facebook Lite and can again switch back to original site to compare the services.
Facebook Lite will only allow users to write on their wall, post photos and videos, view events and browse other people's profiles. There is neither an apps feature nor the availability of special boxes.
Checking the profile pages, updates, latest pictures, links to videos, etc consumes a lot of bandwidth. This Lite version will work great for them to stay connected with this popular medium.
This Lite version will be available in all languages.
