Vodafone Brings the BlackBerry Storm to India

Vodafone Essar and Research In Motion (RIM) have announced that the BlackBerry Storm will be available exclusively for Vodafone customers in India from Jan 15.
Vodafone will create more than 150 'experience zones' across the country in Vodafone Stores and Modern Trade Outlets to encourage customers to gain a hands-on experience of this smartphone.
It is a first 'clickable' touchscreen, this product responds a lot like a physical keyboard and also supports single- and multi-touch, including gestures for intuitive and efficient application navigation.
The Storm's custom-built applications include facebook, windows live messenger, google talk, yahoo! messenger and flickr Photo uploader.
The BlackBerry Storm also supports multi-tasking so that users can switch to different applications without exiting them.
